North County Location Closure

The Gary and Mary West Senior Dental Center’s North County location will be closing effective March 31, 2023. Our team will be able to provide you with your scheduled care if your appointments are on or before March 31, 2023.

If you are currently receiving treatment, our Office Manager will be in touch with next steps. Rest assured we will help you complete your care. If you still have an active Smile Plan or Perio Plan we will contact you about your plan moving forward.

Continuing with appropriate dental care is very important, and you need to establish yourself with another dentist as soon as possible. After March 31, 2023, we are happy to provide you with care at our downtown San Diego location but understand that this may be a hardship given the distance from your home. You can schedule an appointment by calling (619) 795-1301.

If you need assistance finding another dentist, you may wish to contact these community clinics in north county San Diego: Vista Community Clinic at (844) 308-5003 or TrueCare at (760) 736-6767. The San Diego County Dental Society can also help you find a new dentist in your area by using their “Find a Dentist” tool at https://sdcds.org/. If you prefer to speak with someone, please call (619) 275-7188 and press option 1 and then option 4. If you have private insurance, we recommend contacting your insurance company, as they will be able to provide you with a list of providers that accept your plan.

Below is a link to an authorization form to release your dental records. Upon receipt of this signed form, our office will forward a copy of the records to the dentist of your choice.
